Insurance, Medicare and TennCare accepted, sliding-scale fees, and C.A.T.S. care at the schools.
What we offer
- We accept most insurance plans.
- We accept Medicare and TennCare.
- We also provide healthcare on a Sliding-Scale (based on your income) if you do not have insurance or have a low income.
- C.A.T.S. (teleconference at school with nurse for your sick child)
School systems participating in the program are elementary students and staff members at Polk County Schools. For participation, please contact your school nurse.

- Primary CareEveryday medical care for children, adults and older adults — from sick visits to managing long-term conditions.
- Mental and Behavioral HealthCounseling, psychiatry and substance abuse support, available through our clinics.
- Patient AssistanceHelp with the cost of care, insurance enrollment, prescriptions and language access.
- Diagnostics On-SiteCommon tests performed right in our offices, without a separate trip.
