How it works

  • 1. Call your clinic

    Appointments are booked by the clinic where you want to be seen. Every location is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

  • 2. Tell us about your visit

    Let the front desk know the reason for your visit and whether you are a new or established patient, plus your insurance details.

  • 3. Same-day options

    Same-day appointments are available for sick visits. Established patients can reach an on-call physician after hours at their clinic's number.

Before your visit

Bring your insurance card and a list of your current medications. Most insurance plans, Medicare and TennCare are accepted, and a sliding fee discount is available to those who qualify — see billing and payments or patient resources.
