What we offer

- Sliding-Fee Discount Program — healthcare on a sliding scale (based on your income) if you do not have insurance or have a low income.

- C.A.T.S. (teleconference at school with nurse for your sick child)
School systems participating in the program are elementary and middle school students and staff members at Polk County Schools and Bledsoe County Schools. For participation, please contact your school nurse.
