For non-insured and low-income patients, we offer a sliding-scale payment plan based on your income. We also accept most insurance plans, Medicare and TennCare.

How to pay
Billing is handled by each clinic. Call the office where you were seen to ask about a statement, set up a payment plan, or apply for the sliding-fee discount.
